Principal Garden condo launch sees brisk take up -ST news on 1 Nov 2015

SINGAPORE – Buyers thronged the show flats at the latest residential launch here.

Principal Garden saw brisk sales, said UOL Group and Kheng Leong Company, which are jointly developing the 663-unit, 99-year leasehold condominium project at Prince Charles Crescent.

As at 4pm today, about 120 units, or 60 per cent of the 200 units released on the first weekend, were sold at an average price of above $1,600 per square foot.
